Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $250 (before taxes and discounts).
For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Most domestic shipping rates range between $10–$15 and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier service availability.
International Shipping
MDM Lux proudly ships worldwide.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination country. Estimated international shipping costs typically range from $48–$75, though rates may vary.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees required by their country.
- These charges are not collected by MDM Lux during checkout and are determined by your local customs authority.
- International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
While we process orders promptly, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays beyond our control. We recommend monitoring your tracking information for the most current delivery updates.
