MDM Lux U.S. Return Policy 

• Return Window: Return must be requested online via www.mdmlux.com within 3 days of delivery.

• Refund Type: Partial refund only.

• Restocking Fee: 20% per item, non-negotiable.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

• Return Shipping:

  • Buyer is responsible for purchasing their own return label.

  • Return must ship from a U.S. address.

  • Buyer must upload return tracking number on the website.

• Item Condition:

  • Must match the condition originally described on the product page.

  • MDM Lux tags must be attached.

• Inspection & Refund:

  • Returns are subject to inspection by MDM Lux experts.

  • Refunds processed within 7 business days of approval.
