Refund policy

At MDM Lux, we want you to love every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. All return requests must be approved before any items are shipped back.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes:

  • Items purchased on sale
  • Items purchased using discount codes or promotional offers
  • Flash sale purchases
  • Clearance items

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for store credit, items must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage

MDM Lux reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MDM Lux is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Return instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges based on item availability.

When submitting your return request, please include the item, size, or color you would like in exchange. We will verify availability and reserve the item when possible. Exchanges aren't guaranteed until we confirm.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will provide instructions for completing your exchange.

Refund Policy

MDM Lux does not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Eligible returns will receive:

  • Store Credit only
  • No expiration date on store credits

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

Store credit will be issued to the email address used when placing your order. You will receive an email containing your store credit information once processing is complete.
